Cancellation Policy

1. Notice Requirement

We understand that schedules change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel or reschedule your service appointment with Appliance Repair Crowley, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours advance notice prior to your scheduled service window.

2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the scheduled time window, or instances where our certified technician arrives at the property and cannot gain access after reasonable attempts to contact you, may be subject to a standard dispatch fee.

• Cancellations with 24+ hours notice: No fee charged.
• Same-day cancellations before technician dispatch: No fee charged.
• Technician already in route or arrived at location: Standard trip/diagnostic charge may apply.

3. Rescheduling Your Service

Rescheduling is always free of charge when requested in advance. We will gladly move your appointment to the next convenient available slot that fits your schedule.

4. Custom Parts & Special Orders

If specialized replacement parts have already been ordered specifically for your repair job, parts restocking fees may apply if the repair is cancelled after part procurement.
