2. Service Estimates & Diagnostics

Our certified technicians perform thorough diagnostics to determine malfunctioning components. A standard diagnostic fee is charged for assessing the appliance. If you approve the recommended repair estimate, the diagnostic fee may be applied directly toward your total service balance as specified in your quote.

Unforeseen mechanical issues discovered during disassembly will be brought to your attention with an updated cost estimate prior to proceeding.

3. Payments and Billing

Full payment is required immediately upon completion of all authorized repair work. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved digital payment channels. Invoices remaining unpaid past 14 days may be subject to administrative late fees and collection procedures allowed under Texas law.

4. Parts & Manufacturer Warranties

All replacement parts used are brand-new and OEM-certified or high-grade OEM-equivalent parts. Parts warranties are provided directly through the manufacturer or through our limited parts guarantee. We do not warranty parts supplied by third parties or the customer.

5. Customer Responsibilities & Safe Access

Homeowners and authorized property managers must provide a safe work environment, clear physical pathways to the unit, and access to relevant electrical, water, or gas shutoff valves. An adult 18 years or older must be present on site for the duration of the service appointment.

6. Limitation of Liability

Appliance Repair Crowley shall not be held liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from appliance failure, including but not limited to food spoilage, water damage from pre-existing line failures, or secondary flooring wear unrelated to direct technician negligence.
